Five piece cabinet doors are comprised of 5 basic sections:
1) Panel, 2) Top Rail, 3) Bottom Rail, 4) Left Stile, and 5) Right Stile

Five piece cabinet doors are comprised of the panel, top rail, bottom rail, left stile, and right stile.

Frame = All 4 components assembled (stiles + rails)
Door = All 5 components assembled (stiles + rails = panel)
Depending on the manufacturer, the inside and outside edge profiles of the cabinet door may or may not be the same.
