The CP&W wood division provides custom precision machining services for all types of wood components and parts. Utilizing state-of-the-art CNC controlled and specially designed equipment, CP&W is able to produce high quality, precision crafted parts from customer specific requests.
Furniture Components
Commonly ordered wood substrates include: Maple, Oak, Cherry, Ash, Poplar, MDF, Plywood, OSB, Particleboard, and Hardboard.
Getting Started:
- Determine the type of cabinets you have – Framed or Frameless.
- Decide which species of wood you want for your cabinet doors.
- Decide on the style of door (raised panel, flat panel, bead board, etc), outside edge, inside profile.
- Determine the overlay you want or need your cabinet doors to be.
- Take accurate measurements and don’t forget to add the overlay. Doors are built to the size you order (not opening sizes) so please measure twice and double check.
- Send in your cabinet door order/quote.
